1. As the patient, do I pay anything to use this service?

No. You the patient do not pay anything at all to use this service

2. How do I know my information will be secure and not shared with anyone other than my dentist?

We do not send any of your personal information to anyone other than the doctor you selected. After forwarding your information, we delete any personal information that would make you uniquely identifiable.

3. Does this site preserve personal information?

Up to thirty days. Afterwards, we only retain statistical data. We do not retain personal information that would breach any HIPAA security. For legal purposes we can identify certain aspects of a patient based on their patient ID, however we do not go to any further extent to identify anyone personally unless required to do so by law.

Any requests for such by anyone other than the doctor or an authorized personnel WILL be denied.

4. Do I need all my information at once?

Yes, you will need it all at once. Because we do not retain personally identifiable as discussed in #3 above, we cannot have a session saved and returned to later. This is a one way entry process to ensure the privacy of the patients and the doctors.

5. Do we accept advertising?

No. We currently do not accept advertising, but are considering it as a possibility in the future. If you are interested in discussing it further, please e-mail us here.

6. Can I refer medical or dental questions to your site?

No. Your medical or dental questions should be directed to your personal providers. They are the ones who can best ascertain your questions and are best qualified to answer them. We are here only to provide additional assistance to the patient and the provider in order to expedite information necessary to your appointment, visit and subsequent treatment if needed.

7. Do we offer customized forms for your office?

Yes, we offer custom forms for your office. If you would like to get more information or pricing, see here.

Additionally, if you have any questions, would like to make any comments or register a grievance, you are welcome to do so here via e-mail or other method mentioned. We respect your right to privacy and as such, will respond to you via e-mail or we can post the message on our monthly message and question board if you would like to remain anonymous. Naturally we will address your concerns as quickly as possible.
